A smoother finish for every task

  • Completing a task gently squeezes its checkbox, then draws a line across the title before the row fades away. The timing adapts to one-line and two-line titles, including compact view.
  • Task counts roll smoothly as they change. View controls and buttons in the task panel respond with a subtle press animation.
  • Consistent icon strokes and a lighter note icon make task details quieter and easier to scan. Motion effects adapt to Reduce Motion.
0.5.0

Dates, reminders and lists from the title

  • Type a task the way you would say it. "Design review tomorrow 3pm" sets Date to tomorrow with a 3 pm Reminder; "写周报 #工作" files it in the 工作 list. Date, Reminder and List fill in as you type, and those words leave the title when you create the task. Set a control by hand and it stops following the title. Everything is read on your Mac; nothing is sent anywhere.
  • A part of day such as "tomorrow evening" sets the day without an alert; only a stated clock time becomes a reminder
  • "#Work", or a list name typed as its own word, picks that list
  • An empty board says "Restoring from iCloud…" while your tasks are still arriving, instead of "All done"
